Linda G. Vega

Linda G. Vega

Linda Vega is currently in private practice at The Vega Law Firm. She is also the owner of Legal Immigration For Everyone, LLC (LIFE, LLC) which assists people with their Visas, Waivers, N-400s Citizenships, DACAs, Motions to Reopen and refers clients to experienced immigration attorneys. 

She previously worked for the Department of Labor in the Wage and Hour Division where she was an investigator. Her areas of expertise are in Immigration and Labor/Employment-Labor Law. Ms. Vega practices nationally (50 states) and internationally as many of the issues regard federal law and international law. She is a member of the New Mexico Bar, Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, National Rep. Congressional Committee for Immigration/Small Business, National Res. Senatorial Committee for Small Businesses, U.S. Senate Hispanic Task Force, New Mexico District Court, Texas Southern U.S. District Court. Ms. Vega is fluent in 2 languages.

Ms. Vega is also the founder of Latinos Ready To Vote!, a conservative organization that encourages Latinos to engage in their Civic Duty to Vote. Ms. Vega is a speaker for various groups and is invited to speak at National Organizations in the U.S.

In 2012, Linda Vega was appointed by Gov. Rick Perry to the Family Practice Residency Advisory Committee. The FPRA committee makes recommendations to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board regarding the funding of family practice residency training programs.

Ms. Vega was the first Latina to run for U.S. Senate in Texas in the 2014 Republican Primary. She garnered fourth place among 8 (eight) candidates including the incumbent, Sen. John Cornyn. This was Ms. Vega's first run for public office.

She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and the George Washington (GW) Law School in D.C.

Cesar Ciriano

Cesar Ciriano is an International Lawyer. He has been a lawyer for more than 10 years and has a PhD in "Derecho Administrativo" by Zaragoza's University conferred in 1999. Dr. Ciriano has published two books. He specializes in international law, counseling persons, companies and governments. 

 

 

 

 

Sandra Vallarta

General Director of Vallorti of Mexico. Mrs. Vallarta graduated with a degree in Law Education from the “Universidad Iberoamericana”, School of Law in 1998 specializing in international and environmental law.  Additionally Mrs. Vallarta's expertise includes but is not limited to the following:  environmental training, safety and hygiene, water footprint, carbon footprint, greenhouse gas inventories, Life Cycle Assessment, international treaties, and international contracts. She is a Water Footprint Technical Expert Qualified by Entidad Mexicana de Acreditacion (EMA), as well as a Technical Expert Member of the Sustainability Committee of the EMA. In 2017 she was Vice-President of the Sustainability Committee of EMA and in 2018 she was President of the same Committee. She has participated in several Environmental International Congresses. Highly regarded as an Expert in Development of Environmental Management Systems (ISO14001 and their families) for use by international companies adapting Mexican and American regulations.
